Gift Questions
Can you ship a gift straight to the recipient?
Yes. Enter their address as the shipping address at checkout. Shipping is free on all US orders. The outer package is plain and gives no sign that it holds jewelry, and the piece is boxed inside. Tracking goes to the email address on your order.
What if the gift does not fit or is not what they wanted?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Whoever placed the order starts the return by emailing returns@sanajewels.com with the order number. Pieces must come back unworn, undamaged and in the original box, and return shipping is free on US orders. We do not offer exchanges or resizing, so a new order is placed for the size or style you would like. Eternity rings carry a 30% restocking fee. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
How do I choose a ring size for someone else?
Borrow a ring they already wear on that finger, read its inside diameter on a ruler, and find the nearest figure in the ring chart in our Size & Fit Guide. If you cannot find out their size, choose the larger one: a ring that is slightly loose can be worn, and one that is slightly tight cannot. Earrings need no sizing at all.
When will a gift arrive?
Gold and silver pieces are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, and diamond pieces within 3 to 10 business days. After dispatch, US orders typically arrive within 2 to 5 business days. The exact window for diamond pieces is shown on each product page. Around major holidays, please allow up to 3 to 4 extra days. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Do the diamond gifts come with a certificate?
Any piece with IGI in its name comes with its IGI certificate in the package, so you can pass it on with the gift.
