A fine 2 mm wire cuff in 14K yellow gold, open at the front so the two ends pass one another. Each tip carries a bezel-set round blue topaz, 3 mm across, natural and untreated. Topaz sits at 8 on the Mohs scale — harder than quartz and harder than most colored stones used at this size — and it has a high enough refractive index that even a 3 mm round reads as bright rather than glassy.

How do I choose the right size?
Measure snugly around the wrist or ankle just below the bone, then add half an inch for a piece that moves comfortably or three quarters of an inch if you prefer one that slides.
