Rhodium is a member of the platinum family, applied as a very thin outer layer. It makes the metal beneath brighter and whiter and slows tarnishing considerably. It is a plating rather than a permanent change, so it wears with time and can be reapplied by most jewelers.

In time, yes. Silver reacts with sulfur present in ordinary air, and the darkening that follows is chemistry rather than a fault or a defect. A soft dry cloth lifts it. Storing the piece in a closed pouch away from humidity slows it down, and rhodium plating, where a piece carries it, slows it further still.

Yes. Every Sana Jewels piece is covered against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery, and a missing stone is replaced free under the same warranty.
