Quality & Standards
The standard every Sana Jewels piece is held to.
We do not ask you to take quality on trust. Every metal in our collection is stamped with its quality mark, every stone’s published grading details appear on its listing, and anything that is not a natural diamond is labeled as what it is. The standards below are the ones a piece has to meet before it appears on this site.
Our Metals
Genuine Gold
10K, 14K, and 18K in yellow, white, and rose, each stamped with its karat mark. 14K is the balance point of purity, durability and price, which is why most of our gold pieces are 14K. See the Gold Karat Guide for the trade-offs.
925 Sterling Silver
92.5% pure silver, stamped 925, and rhodium-plated where the piece benefits from it — which slows tarnish and brightens the finish. That plating is a surface layer and thins with wear; the Rhodium Finish page explains what to expect.
Our Stones
Natural Diamonds & Gemstones
Natural diamonds are certified compliant with the Kimberley Process, the intergovernmental scheme that keeps conflict rough diamonds out of the legitimate trade. It is worth knowing its limits: it does not extend to labor conditions or environmental practice, and we do not claim otherwise. Where cut, color, clarity and carat weight are graded, we publish them on the listing, so you can judge the stone rather than take our word for it.
Lab-Grown Diamonds
Chemically and optically identical to mined diamonds, and graded the same way — our lab-grown solitaires come with an IGI certificate. Always labeled as lab-grown, never presented as anything else.
If Something Is Not Right
Every order ships free within the US and comes with 14 days to change your mind, plus a three-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If a piece arrives damaged, defective, or not what the listing described, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and the return is free. That is our problem to fix, not yours to argue.
