We ship to 194 countries on a single flat rate of $50 USD — the same price whether you are ordering a $60 chain or a $6,000 ring, and the same price wherever you are. Every international order goes by UPS with a tracking number from the moment it leaves us. There is no cheaper, slower option, because for fine jewelry there should not be one.
United States
Complimentary on every order. No minimum. Signature required on delivery. Includes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO military addresses.
Everywhere Else
$50 USD flat on any order, at any value, to any of the 194 destinations we serve — Canada included.
How Long It Takes
Dispatched within one to two business days, then shipped by UPS. Transit time depends on your destination and on how long customs takes to clear the parcel. Your tracking number arrives by email the moment it ships.
If Something Goes Wrong
Every parcel is tracked door to door. If yours is lost or arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours and we will make it right. You will not be left arguing with a courier over a piece you paid for and never received.
Discreet Packaging
Every order ships in plain outer packaging with nothing on the outside to indicate it contains fine jewelry.
Order Tracking
Your tracking number arrives by email at dispatch and works on UPS's own site. If it has not updated in more than five business days, tell us and we will chase the carrier for you.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Duties, taxes and customs fees are charged by your own country on arrival, and they are yours to pay. They are separate from the shipping rate above and we have no way to calculate or collect them on your behalf. Thresholds vary enormously — some countries charge nothing below a set order value, others charge from the first dollar — so it is worth checking your own before you order. We are also unable to influence how long customs takes to release a parcel.
US Territories
Guam, the US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, Micronesia, the Marshall Islands and Palau ship at the international rate. Puerto Rico ships free, as domestic.
Returning From Abroad
Our 30-day return window applies worldwide. On international orders you cover return postage and any duties or VAT incurred sending it back, and the original shipping charge is not refunded. Use a tracked service.
Where We Cannot Ship
The destinations below are unavailable at checkout. Postal service to some has been suspended, US regulations prohibit delivery to others, and for the remainder we simply cannot arrange the tracked carriage that fine jewelry requires. We would rather tell you plainly than take an order we cannot fulfil properly.
