We are an American jewelry house operating online. We do not have a retail store or showroom open to the public.

Returns
To start a return, email returns@sanajewels.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number. Once approved, we will email you a prepaid, insured return label. Return shipping is free on all US orders. We do not offer exchanges or resizing, and eternity rings carry a 30% restocking fee. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
