Description
A 25 mm hoop is a mid-size choice that shows below the lobe without reaching the jaw. The cut surface gives the tube a gleam of its own, which suits a pair you plan to wear often.
Small diagonal facets are cut along the 3 mm round tube, and the gold shows them as short flashes of light against the smooth polish. A hinged wire at the top swings over and snaps into the other end of each hoop.
14K yellow gold, diamond-cut finish, snap lock closure. 3 mm wide, 25 mm in diameter. Approximate weight 1.7 grams. Sold as a pair.

How are earring sizes measured?
Studs are measured across the face, hoops by their inner diameter, and drops from the top of the post to the lowest point of the piece. Where a measurement is published for a style it appears in the specification above. For a sense of scale: a six or seven millimeter stud is the everyday size most people reach for, and a hoop past forty millimeters is a decision you have made for the evening. Are your metals real gold and silver?

Some sterling silver pieces are gold-plated or rhodium-plated, and a small number combine sterling silver with 18K gold.
