What we can tell you about our diamonds and metals.
Plenty of jewelers make sweeping promises about sourcing. We would rather tell you exactly what we stand behind, and nothing more. You can judge for yourself.
Kimberley Process Diamonds
Our natural diamonds are certified compliant with the Kimberley Process, the agreement between governments that prevents rough diamonds from financing armed rebellion. It does not extend to labor conditions or environmental practice, and we do not claim otherwise.
Genuine Metals
Every piece is made in genuine 10K, 14K or 18K gold or 925 sterling silver, and the metal and karat are stated on its product page. Where a piece is plated, the product page says so.
Lab-Grown, Clearly Labeled
Where we offer lab-grown diamonds, they are identified as lab-grown in the title, the description and the specification table — never buried. They are chemically identical to mined stones, and many carry an IGI grading report — where one exists it is shown on the product page.
What We Will and Will Not Claim
We are an independent jewelry house, not a mining company, and we do not claim to have watched every stone come out of the ground. What we can tell you is which of our diamonds are natural and Kimberley Process certified, and which are lab-grown. If a claim is not on this page, we are not making it.
