The huggie that does not read as a starter earring. A wide flat band of solid 10K white gold, hinged so it closes tight around the lobe with nothing hanging below it.
The band is squared in section rather than round, which is what gives it a flat mirror face instead of a thin line of light — more presence than a tube hoop of the same diameter. Under sixteen millimeters across, so it sits inside the ear. Snap lock closure, no post or separate back.
