Measure in the evening rather than first thing — fingers swell through the day — and if you land between two sizes, take the larger.

We do not offer resizing, so please check your size on our Size & Fit Guide before ordering. If a ring does not fit, you are welcome to return it within 14 days of delivery — email returns@sanajewels.com and, for US orders, we will send you a prepaid, insured return label — and order the right size instead. Return shipping is free on US orders. Eternity rings carry a 30% restocking fee on return.

Yes. Every piece is made in genuine metal — 10K, 14K, or 18K gold, or 925 sterling silver. All pieces are stamped with the corresponding metal marking.

Rhodium is a member of the platinum family, applied as a very thin outer layer. It makes the metal beneath brighter and whiter and slows tarnishing considerably. It is a plating rather than a permanent change, so it wears with time and can be reapplied by most jewelers.

In time, yes. Silver reacts with sulfur present in ordinary air, and the darkening that follows is chemistry rather than a fault or a defect. A soft dry cloth lifts it. Storing the piece in a closed pouch away from humidity slows it down, and rhodium plating, where a piece carries it, slows it further still.

Yes. Every Sana Jewels piece is covered by a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery, and a missing stone is replaced free for the same 3 months (excluding any single stone of 0.12 carat or larger).
