Two reliable ways to do it at home: wrap a thin strip of paper around the base of the finger, mark where it meets and measure that length in millimeters; or lay a ring that already fits on a ruler and read the inside diameter. Measure in the evening rather than first thing — fingers swell through the day — and if you land between two sizes, take the larger.

We do not offer resizing, so please check your size on our Size & Fit Guide before ordering. If a ring does not fit, you are welcome to return it within 14 days of delivery — email returns@sanajewels.com and, for US orders, we will send you a prepaid, insured return label — and order the right size instead. Return shipping is free on US orders. Eternity rings carry a 30% restocking fee on return.

Yes. Every piece is made in genuine metal — 10K, 14K, or 18K gold, or 925 sterling silver. All pieces are stamped with the corresponding metal marking.

Yes. Every Sana Jewels piece is covered by a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery, and a missing stone is replaced free for the same 3 months (excluding any single stone of 0.12 carat or larger).
